1 Prep before danger

Most bad event experiences come from skipping simple setup. Run these before a dangerous session.

Set recovery

Use /sethome home, confirm /deaths works, and know how to use /backtrack before leaving safe ground.

Check progression

Open /skills, check food, armor, enchant utility, and bring enough supplies for a retreat path.

Map the route

Open map.aowmc.com, pick a staging point, and avoid running through unknown terrain during server-wide pressure.

2 Event types

Use the names below when explaining events to players.
