Bedrock port: 19132
If it fails, confirm your game version and try the Join page: https://join.aowmc.com/
Map reply
Open the live map directly first:
https://map.aowmc.com/
If the embed is blank, refresh the map tab, then come back to the site.
Recovery reply
Run /deaths, then /backtrack.
Compare the coordinates with map.aowmc.com before traveling back.
Set /sethome home once you are safe.

3 Escalation rules

Escalate only after the obvious checks are done, so staff get useful context.

Connection escalation

Collect edition, version, address used, port used, exact error, platform, and whether status page shows online.

Map escalation

Collect browser, direct map URL result, embed result, time, and whether direct IP fallback was attempted.

Claim escalation

Collect owner, coordinates, trusted players, action attempted, and whether container trust differs from build trust.

Support tone: keep responses short, specific, and confidence-building. Give one next action at a time when a player is stressed.
