If the status is online but your device cannot join, use these quick checks before assuming the server is down.

JavaUse play.aowmc.com. The default port is 25565.
BedrockUse the same address and set port 19132.
ConsoleCheck cross-network play, multiplayer permissions, and Add Server availability.
MapIf the map loads but join fails, your device settings are likely the next thing to check.

Status reading guide

Here is the quickest way to tell the issue class before opening support.

Green dotonline means the server process is reachable and accepting connections.
Red dotoffline usually means planned restarts, crashes, maintenance, or DNS-level issues.
Yellow dotunavailable means status API is currently blocked or temporarily out.
