Each entry is a dated change to the live server. Tags tell you whether it is a feature, a balance pass, or infrastructure.

Mythic Champions: The Fractured Veil

The Fractured Veil is live, and any mob can now spawn as a titled, named Champion across eight tiers: Anomalous, Fledgling, Veteran, Elite, Champion, Legend, Mythic, and Cataclysm. Champions scale in health, damage, and size, carry a per-species archetype title such as the Rotting Farmer, the Hog Tyrant, or Queen of the Roost, and can roll sub-titles, affixes, signature attacks, themed gear, and minions. Loot scales with the tier, so a clean Mythic kill is worth the fight. Full breakdown lives on the Champions page and in docs/champions.html.

A living world that escalates

The Fractured Veil does not sit still. Vendetta lets a mob start hunting you by name after it survives an encounter. Dimension Awakening means the first player into the Nether or the End permanently hardens that dimension for everyone. Blood Moons arrive roughly weekly, painting the sky red and tripling titled spawns for the night. Read how the systems chain together in docs/champions-world.html.

Crossplay is live

Java and Bedrock players now share one survival world through Geyser and Floodgate. Connect on Java at play.aowmc.com port 25565, or on Bedrock at the same address with port 19132. Live world map online

The live web map is now public at map.aowmc.com. Track spawn activity, plan routes, scout settlements, and find your way back to lost gear from any browser, no client mods required. You can also open it inside the site on the Map page.

Quality-of-life + balance pass

A tuning pass across the early game: low-tier Champion loot tables are now more consistent so Fledgling and Veteran kills feel rewarding without warping the economy. Added a scoreboard toggle so you can clear the sidebar when you want a clean view, and tuned mobile-friendly defaults so Bedrock and touch players get readable HUD and chat out of the box. Skills, claims, and shops are unchanged.

Economy + claims foundation

The core survival loop is in place: AuraSkills for RPG-style progression, an EssentialsX economy with a GlobalMarketplace auction house and QuickShop chest shops for player trade, and GriefPrevention land claims you stake with the golden shovel. The villager agent roadmap

An in-world AI "villager" helper to answer questions and point new players around is planned. Not live yet, but high on the list.
